Before the Chinese new year, Shandong Xunda Chemical Group CO., Ltd. had successfully performed the summary conference, praised the model staff and set some requests of the future work.
During the conference, we had successively performed the summary process, the process of model person for speech and the process of arrange for future work.
First, our workshop director summarized the results of the whole year, then our safe director pointed out the situation of safe production for last year and the new requirements of safe production for the new year.
Second, our logistics supervisor published the sheet of model staff from workshop and logistics department. After these model staff went on to the stage, our leader gave a red envelope for each staff on the stage. The purpose of this event is not only an award for the model staff, but also a positive effect for every staff. Besides, it is a symbol of the year-end and the year-begin.
Finally, our general manager performed the speech of this summary conference. During the speech, our general manager firstly expressed his gratitude to the whole staff for their assistance and support, pointed out that the setting of model staff is to motivate every staff. Secondly, our general manager expressed that with the development of our company, we will continue to employ personal in workshop, logistics department, finance department and technical department. Thirdly, our general manager set the requirements of the new year and congratulated our whole staff to have a great Chinese new year.
After accomplished the summary conference, our work of 2024 has welcomed the end. At this time, our staff congratulate everyone in China have an excellent Chinese new year , and wish everyone in the world have a smooth sailing in work.
